How to Make Every Rep Better: The Missing Component of Coaching Exercises 

Improving your training doesn’t always mean building a larger toolbox by adding new moves. It also means building a better one by learning how to more effectively use the exercises you already know. That’s what this workshop is all about – showing you how to get more out of every rep of exercise, from heavy lifts and power exercises, to isolation exercises and battling ropes.

A Unique Approach to Strength Training Programs (for Non-Powerlifters) 

A popular approach in strength training is to mix up or “undulate” your sets and reps with each workout. When done right, this creates a well-rounded training program for muscle and performance. It’s an underappreciated truth of strength training that not every movement is ideally suited for every rep range.

In this workshop, Nick shows his system for how to pick the exercise variations that fit best with certain rep ranges, and how to cycle those rep ranges. It’s a unique program design system that can give you a lifetime’s worth of workouts, help you increase your strength and build better, and develop more comprehensive workouts by picking the right exercises for each training session.
