KettleBell Muay Thai Clinch Chin Up

Today’s post is for all the MMA and Muay Thai Kickboxing fighters out there. It’s also for the exercises enthusiasts who don’t fight, but maybe like to train and/or look like a fighter!

Today’s video shows a creative exercise I designed to help the fighters from Team Ground Control MMA improve their strength in the Muay Thai clinch. The exercise is called the KettleBell Clinch Chin Up.
