Kettlebell TRX Workout #2 – TRX One Arm Pushups & Kettlebell One Arm Swings

I just got up here to Windsor Canada to headline the 2012 Windsor Fitness Summit! This is my second time here and “I’m back by popular demand” :-) No, really, that’s what it says on their website!

It feels great to be back here to share some more of the Performance U Hybrid training techniques and concepts with my fitness family up here in Windsor!

Now lets’ talk about some more great TRX and Kettlebell training! In my last post I showed you the first of my top 3 KettleBell TRX Workout superset routines.

This particular TRX Kettlebell superset is a favorite among my MMA fighters! With those guys, we’ll also use One Arm Push Ups from the floor along with Single Arm Kettlebell Swings.
