Until I moved to South Florida – I currently live in Ft. Lauderdale – I was the strength & conditioning coach for Team Ground Control Baltimore MMA where I had the privilege of regularly working with numerous fighters (pro and amatuer) in MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai and Boxing.

In this post I’m sharing with you two battling ropes conditioning protocols I developed and used to help my MMA and Muay Thai fighters improve their upper-body condtioning.
