It’s no secret that kettlebells have become a very popular piece of training equipment to use among fitness professionals, athletes and exercise enthusiasts. And, for good reason, as kettlebells are a great training tool, which I certainly use.
However, I do have a concern with what happens when fitness professionals become (overly) enthusiastic about using kettlebells for general fitness & conditioning purposes, which I demonstrate and discuss in this video.
