It’s truly a sad day in the fitness world – Jack Lalanne has died of respiratory failure due to pneumonia at the age of 96!

Any one who’s ever exercised, owes this man a great deal of credit and gratitude. He invented the jumping jack – an exercise just about everyone on this planet has performed with out ever knowing where it came from. If it wasn’t for Jack Lalanne paving the way for guys like me – the entire fitness profession may not even exist.
